google search optimisation java script?

i need to ask a question, i have a java script code, if i place it on my website, it will be number 1 in search result . but i need to know if i use it, will it be violating any terms of google search engine ? or my site can be banned ? please anyone has any idea ? please guide me. its urgent

Read, or have your lawyer read, Google’s legal stuff and terms of service. Most of which applies if you are using Google services with a Google account.
Just stick to what Google recommends in the webmaster guidelines. I consider a web site with useful information better than one that attempts to exploit search engines. And Google reserves the right to penalize sites if they try to exploit their ranking too much.
SEO is a nice idea, but don’t your Google rank get in the way of actual site content.
I am just curious as to what makes you think that adding a java script to your site will magically propel it to number one search ranking on the biggest, most used, most zealous search engine? Where did you get these magic beans?
A carefully guarded algorithm of over two hundred individual components, tweaked individually by teams of people who only work on one section of the formula so that no one can work out a cipher program to beat it because by the time you figured out your best guess on half of the total equation, half of what you think you know has already been adjusted.
Google takes great offense to any website that attempts to fool it into false rankings. You will almost certainly run the risk of being banned from Google.
Being found on Google is a very big thing in business. Just ask BMW. Getting high ranking results for native keyword searches can be done but it is only sustainable by making your site relevant to the search engine through its guidelines. No secret code is going to do that and if it did it would not be for long.
I urge you not to try this, no matter how tempting.
The fallout from such action will not be good.
Go to the Google webmaster tools. Start going through making your website relevant in the categories you want to show up in. It can be done… but not overnight and not with a Java script.
