Actually I know one place I’ve been using for my real estate agents, brokers, CPA, lawyers and many small businesses.
    MyWeb-RealEstate.com

I have a CPA friend who just signed up with them and the customer service is very good and extreamly friendly and they have good servers and the the designs are very cool.

Basically any small business or professionals as they handle all. Oh the template engine they use, if you use their built in templates is already search engine optimized…very cool

The guy who runs it only accepts checks at the moment and you have to pay 6mth of hosting at time.

You can add open house data to your website, yourself.

All PHP and Javascript based designs

As far as SEO that is something is done weekly by this hosting company. This is the greatest feature every and it’s included in the price. Free

While most website hosting companies will tell you that they code 5 web pages for you for a certain price. MyWeb-RealEstate.com will allow as many pages as you want if you use thier templates and provide the content. I have heard this is free but not totally sure

I like citymax.com for my host. They have good web building tools so you can do things yourself but also provide a service for $400 where they will do a lot of work.

They let you try out their site for free for 10 days so you can see how well you can do by yourself. It is about $20 dollars a month but you get a free shopping cart that other hosts make you pay for.

There are a lot of SEO newsletters out there for free . I read WebProNews and several others . I learned SEO basically from the newsletters and it is a lot of work but I rank #1 for most of my important keywords.

I sell visual dyslexia glasses I developed. google dyslexia glasses or visual dyslexia and my site dyslexiaglasses.com is all over

Writing articles ( off site SEO ) and commenting on blogs is a good way to build links

You might want to be extremely careful which company you choose for the following reasons:
    1. Make sure that you can add open house data to your website, yourself.
    2. Also ensure that the website is designed that you can upload the pictures and the sales prices of the home without having to code it.
    3. Ensure that the hosting company that you choose uses php or asp.
    4. As far as SEO that is something that must be done weekly. That will be the most important part of your website.
    5. If you are ever going to use a quickbooks connector its a good idea to make sure the hosting company has asp.
    6. Many design websites will tell you that they code 5 web pages for you for a certain price, but you will actually need an additonal page on the back end created so you can make changes to your website without dealing with code. So you are probably looking up to 10 web pages.
To be honest if you have a web hosting company do all the services for you monthly, it will be very expensive.
If you need additional information, you can email me, I have coded a realestate website before.

    Good Luck.

Well , there is hostgator , google host yahoo and godaddy.
But the most recommended and best web host so far is http://www.NetworkJuiceHosting.com ; Network Juice.

They now offer plans starting around $0.99/mo for a great amount of diskspace plus everything else unlimited. Plus they’ve manage to keep up 99% Uptime.

They have all features such as PHP5, java ,Cpanel , Fantastico ( allows you to auto install Blogging systems and CMS portals without wasting time) , Cron Job , Apache ,Unlimited Dadabase , ftp accounts and much more. Basically EVERYTHING! is supported.

There are other affordable plans as well in NetworkJuiceHosting.com.

Hostgator.com is also a great host , but there Uptime time is not so good. Also , customer service is very poor , Not to many features are supported.

Google.com not so sure , But i know there’s lots of files they do not support , no Cpanel , and i don’t know how come , but they have been receiving downtimes lately in their host servers.

yahoo , let me just say it’s the worst web host ever ,you can’t even host the amount of domains you want to host . Including FatCow.com. The downtime is way to much , and many files are un-compatible in fatcow for some reason.

To buy a domain , the most recommended site is godaddy , but not for it’s hosting!! I Tell you !!!.

For a Great Affordable web host with maximum features , the most recommended web host is http://www.NetworkJuiceHosting.com . ; Network Juice Hosting.

You are getting your answers from an expert , and yes I have tried all these web host.

That’s all I got to say mate ;)
